Valerie Zolezzi-Wyndham
A strategic and big picture thinker, Valerie brings creativity, joy, and excellence to her work promoting good. Valerie has a gift for nurturing learning dialogue and inspiring equity leadership. She is an innovator and leader who is skillful at facilitation, coaching, and training at all levels of an organization. She is an equity and leadership coach to C-Suite and rising leaders.
Valerie was an impactful social justice lawyer and activist. She successfully designed and sustained equity-led programs with incredible partners across sectors that continue to thrive today.
She has a deep commitment to helping organizations build inclusion,
from the front lines to the board. As a result, organizations
and the communities she serves are stronger and more impactful.
Valerie is always working with at least one leader of color or organization on a volunteer basis to support their transformation change.
Valerie was born in Mexico City.
She was blessed to grow up in a truly multicultural environment,
and currently resides in Massachusetts with her family.
She has lived across the United States as well as in Mexico
and France. This life experience nurtured in her an ability to be
conscious of difference and to listen with an open heart and mind.
Valerie speaks fluent Spanish, English, and French and loves to travel.
Valerie is a dedicated community volunteer who serves on several non-profit boards and supports rising leaders and entrepreneurs of color.
