Throughout her 20+ year career, Shawna (she|her) has relentlessly championed and evangelized the operationalization of inclusion, equity, and belonging to foster innovation and growth. She has held diverse positions in software and IT industries leading global software development, quality, writing, and operations teams. Shawna's focus is on helping Promoting Good excel at doing our good work while supporting our clients in building diversity, equity, and inclusion into their processes and systems.
HINNA MIR
Collaborating Consultant
Hinna Mir (she|her) brings legal services and disability rights advocacy to her work promoting social justice and equity in her community and with our partners. She has a strong interest in leadership and community building, and has served in the past as President of the South Asian Law Students' Association at UConn Law, and as a founding member/Vice President of the New England Muslim Bar Association.
Hinna is a graduate of Wellesley College and the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Ilhiana Rojas Saldana (she|her) is our collaborating consultant and Leadership Coach! Ilhiana is a Certified Transformation Strategy Coach & Consultant, a Diversity & Inclusion catalyst, and an international motivational speaker.
She uses her 20+ years of global executive experience in top Fortune 500 companies and her coaching expertise to move people and organizations to reach their extraordinary through meaningful transformation. Ilhiana embraces differences and cultivates a culture of respect and a positive work climate critical for success. Ilhiana is a proud Latina born and raised in Mexico City, and is actively involved in different boards and organizations supporting their DEIB efforts to empower women and the Latino community.
CAMILLE HOLMES

Camille Holmes (she|her) is skilled in the areas of cultural responsiveness, implicit bias, and racial equity for corporate and non-profit clients. She is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard and Radcliffe Colleges. Camille is also the 2009 recipient of the Equal Justice Society-Law award for, “Race Consciousness Remedies” and the 2015 Advocate Honoree for the National Center for Law and Economics for her advocacy in racial equity among the legal aid community. She is passionate about strengthening organizational culture where every voice is welcome, respected, and valued.

Brandi (she|her) has been Valerie's Assistant at Promoting Good for one year. In her role, she supports Valerie and the broader team, helping to ensure smooth operations and contributing to Promoting Good's strategic goals. Over the past year, she has grown to deeply appreciate and admire the impactful work required by Valerie and the consultants to create an environment for meaningful change. Brandi is committed to assisting in Promoting Good's continued success and helping to advance our mission.

Geraldine (she|her|ella) is a doctoral student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the School of Public Health & Health Sciences. She aims to take on a community-led research approach that includes partnering with community members and organizations while promoting community capacity building. She's passionate about DEIB efforts and in engaging in transformational equity change at all organizational levels.
